COVID-19 Booster Shots

The following individuals are currently eligible for a COVID-19 booster shot:

Everyone 12 years and older who received their second Pfizer COVID-19 dose at least five months ago
Adults 18 years and older who received their second Moderna COVID-19 dose at least five months ago
Adults 18 years and older who received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine two or more months ago

Note: Individuals ages 12-17 are eligible for the Pfizer booster only. Individual 18 and older may choose which vaccine they want for a booster, even if it is different from the original vaccine received.

Boosters are strongly recommended for the following individuals as soon as possible:
Ages 65 and older
Ages 18 and older living in long-term care settings
Ages 18-64 with underlying medical conditions
Ages 18-64 working in settings that increase their risk for exposure to COVID-19
