COVID-19 Booster Shots

At his September 8, 2021 press conference, Governor Hogan announced that the State of Maryland is immediately authorizing COVID-19 booster shots for all Marylanders 65 and older who are living in congregate care settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, residential drug treatment centers and developmentally disabled group homes.

CESLC is working with CVS, our pharmacy partner, to confirm dates for booster shot clinics at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, Landow House and Cohen-Rosen House.

Associates from the nursing departments will soon begin contacting resident representatives to obtain authorization for the booster shots. Information about booster immunizations for independent living residents will be forthcoming.

We thank our families, associates and community partners for their continued collaboration in ensuring our residents’ health and well-being.
