Abjani will share best practices from over 600 trained and certified SAGECare communities.

Rice will provide information on how CESLC earned Platinum-level certification from Sage Care and what we do as an inclusive community.

SAGE is the country’s oldest and largest non-profit focused on advocating and providing for the needs of LGBTQ+ older adults. In this session, you’ll learn about what best practices communities have put in place to create inclusive environments and care provision for LGBTQ+ older adults, how to spot a community that is genuine about their equity journey, and what requests you can make to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for yourself.
