Join us on July 7 for another episode of CESLC Insider as guest, Maria Kaplan, RN, BSN, CHPN, JSSA Hospice, joins us to discuss common misconceptions about hospice and palliative care.
Kaplan received her BSN from the University of Maryland and began her career in nursing at Suburban Hospital on the cardiac unit. She has been a hospice nurse for almost 10 years and has a Maryland nursing board certification in hospice and palliative care. Kaplan joined JSSA Hospice in 2015 as a clinical liaison and is passionate about educating patients, their families and the community at large on the values and philosophy of hospice and palliative care
