Rosenstock earned her law degree (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School in 2013, and received her undergraduate degree (B.A.) from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2009, from which she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. During law school, Rosenstock participated in GW Law’s Vaccine Injury Clinic, where she represented clients seeking redress in the United States Court of Federal Claims for vaccine-related injuries. She was also a staff member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal.
