CESLC Insider: The Benefits of Tai Chi

Maureen Ivusic, Certified Instructor for TaijiFit International earned her White Sash in a unique Japanese Tai Chi form and then earned her Black Belt in the Long Chen style.

Ivusic will lead a practice and highlight movements including Bamboo on the Mountain, Parting Wild Horse’s Mane and White Crane Spreads Its Wings.

This event will take place outside under the Dekelboum Building, 6121 Montrose Road, Rockville, Maryland.

HFAM is authorized by the Board of Social Work Examiners in Maryland to sponsor social work continuing education learning activities and maintains full responsibility for this program. This training qualifies for 1 Category 1 continuing education units.
