ElderSAFE: Mobile Integrated Health: A Community-Centered Fire/EMS Approach
April 5 @ 12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m.
This webinar will highlight the model work of the Mobile Integrated Health program in Montgomery County, Maryland. The Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) program has been working with high utilizers of the 911 system since 2017. As the needs of the community have changed, they have adapted and added staff and programming to support hundreds of the 70,000+ patients they transport every year. Join us to learn more about the MIH program, how they partner with Adult Protective Services, and how they can help vulnerable members of the community, including future behavioral health expansions.
