CESLC Insider: Joy, Gratitude, and Serenity: The Practice of Mindfulness

Join us for the first CESLC Insider program of 2022!

Sydney Palinkas, the ElderSAFE Center Community Outreach and Education Manager, will discuss the importance of practicing mindfulness for our general well-being.

Mindfulness, a practice of focusing on the present moment, can help boost your mood, manage stress, and improve relationships. Often thought of with meditation, this event will discuss several creative ways to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. Sydney will lead attendees through some simple mindfulness exercises, breath work, and movements.
