Renewal for A New Year: Creative Mindfulness

Mindfulness can help reduce stress, boost creativity, improve attention and concentration, and strengthen our social relationships. It can even help manage depression, anxiety, and chronic pain. Unfortunately, practicing mindfulness often feels unattainable, time consuming, or just too difficult.

Join CESLC as we begin 2021, Sydney Palinkas, the ElderSAFE Center Community Educator, will discuss the important of mindfulness for our overall wellness and lead us through creative ways to introduce mindfulness practices into your everyday life.
