Entertainment: Stories and Song, an evening with Carl and Oren

Join us as Carl Tanner and Oren Gradus offer entertaining stories and songs from opera to Broadway!

Carl Tanner is a tenor opera singer whose international career includes performing in the world’s most prestigious opera houses including the Metropolitan Opera, Opera National de Paris, Washington National Opera, Royal Opera House, and Covent Garden, to name a few. His current engagements include the title role in Othello with the Pacific Symphony Orchestra and Florestam in Fidelio with Opera North Carolina.

Oren Gradus continues to rise in recognition and receive critical acclaim throughout North America and Europe as a brilliant basso cantante. Most recently he was seen at the Metropolitan Opera as Basilio in “Il Barbiere di Siviglia” and Raimondo in “Lucia di Lammermoor”. Since his debut at the Met during the 2002-2003 season, Mr. Gradus has sung over one hundred and fifty performances with the company. In the past few seasons Mr. Gradus has had several career milestones including his house debut with Washington National Opera.
