Serena Jain is a Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through the University of California, San Diego’s Center for Mindfulness, a Certified Integrative Health & Wellbeing Coach through Duke Integrative Health and she holds a BA in Communications from North Carolina State University.
Jain finds deep purpose in the path to optimal health, well-being, and stress reduction. She has witnessed the first-hand positive effects of incorporating integrative health and well-being and mindfulness training both on herself and her community. She believes that individuals hold the ultimate power in creating the lives they wish to live and by approaching health and wellbeing through a whole person lens and cultivating a compassionate and mindful awareness, they can utilize the best means they have to do so, themselves.
In her presentation, Jain will discuss the meaning of integrative health and how approaching your life through the lens of integrative health can help you live a life of optimal health and wellbeing. Her presentation will help you understand how to cultivate your ideal health and wellness through a whole person approach and give you concrete tools to practice.
