NORTH BETHESDA, Md. – February 16, 2026– Landow House, Revitz House and Ring House at Charles E. Smith Life Communities (CESLC) have each earned the 2026 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights, a nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm.

The award underscores the residences’ commitment to CESLC’s value of Hiddur: We deliver the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Activated Insights’ Customer Experience Award recognizes organizations that consistently rank within the top 15 percent of care providers nationwide. It is based on a variety of metrics including employee feedback, client satisfaction and overall care quality.

Activated Insights conducted monthly telephone interviews with open-ended questions and ratings over the course of the year to make this determination.

This is the second consecutive year Revitz House and Ring House have earned this recognition.
